Day 952
On this beautiful morning, we had a second human to grab a leash or two! Jimmy came along and the Goldens were so pleased! (Sammy had already had his “training walk” and was waiting impatiently at home.) As the mild air hit my face, I felt such gratitude! Why had I not noticed that gift on my first walk?
Being grateful took hold of my heart and senses! I decided to be more cognizant of everything that brought a smile. After acknowledging the warm air, I looked at those pups and my heart just about burst! Their adoration is always humbling, but today they made my list!
As my day continued…
*People motioned me to go first as I came to intersections.
*Someone anonymously bought our lunch at our beloved Sparky’s,
*Mac had a great eye appointment!
*Friends fThe Mad Hatter Restaurant & Tea House dropped off some treats…
And the list never stopped!
Counting our blessings can be a “lost art” in these busy times. To actually make a real effort to be aware of them (even for a short span of time) will warm your heart! Gifts surround us… if we only look!
