1000 days of “Walking With Goldens.” My meanderings were never meant to span almost three years, but my Goldens always have a story that nudges my heart to share.

Looking back on other landmarks in my life, there have been celebrations to acknowledge an event that impacts life. The birth of my children, a PhD, marrying dear Mac, a new book published and many more “firework moments” have illuminated an abundance of life occasions. Also, there have been quiet happenings that have touched my heart and forged that pathway ahead. One of those was certainly the day our sweet Arthur was certified to become my first Therapy Dog.

1000 moments that have touched my heart in a way that was never anticipated. Each day a gift.

Ranger, Lilly, Gus, Sam and those who have padded around The Big White House before them, have influenced my journey in a most beautiful way. Feeling blessed to be at the other end of that leash each day. What a gift to watch my “halo” of Golden angels make this world a better place!
