Day 1062   ”Walking With Goldens”

Last night, I noticed that Ranger was chewing his paw. Taking a closer look, I discovered that he had the start of a yeast infection hidden within his “Hobbit Feet!” Always the concerned Mama, I went to the Doggy RX bag and filtered through until the anti-fungal spray could be found! I administered first aid to those Golden Paws and he was better by morning!

On my walk today, I glanced over to see a log COVERED with sunning turtles! I was absolutely delighted and so happy that I had actually caught that beautiful moment! Being present and observant guided me to help Ranger with his itchy paw and thrilled me to see those turtles!!!!

It is impossible to be present in mind and body every moment of the day! The best we can do is try our hardest!!! At the very least, we can attempt to keep our eyes and ears open for those rare gifts!
